Sales and Purchasing Procedure for buying at The Pines, Akbuk, Turkey
The apartments are now key ready and Title Deed ready.
A purchaser must get a tax number from the local tax office and preferably set up a bank account. They will then apply for military clearance before purchasing their apartment.
Military Clearance for the purchase of property in Turkey is a formality and is made to mainly check that land is not in a military zone. In most areas clearance takes a few months. The military clearance system is under review and will, in the future, be dealt with at the Title Deeds office.
